When i eat 1-minute oatmeal + 1% milk + fruit for breakfast i'm hungry all day. i get tired of eggs. what can i eat for breakfast that is filling?

Add some fat: It may or may not sound strange to you, but some people like to put peanut butter (or almond butter) in oatmeal. Fat prolongs the stomach's emptying time, slowing digestion of the oatmeal. Adding some extra fiber such as oat bran may help slow absorption also. Animal fat foods such as bacon or sausage, although not a good staple, are ok at times if you''re not vegan.

See below: 1/2 cup no fat greek yogurt , 1/2 cup almond milk (no added sugar) 1/2 cup of fiber 1 cereal and 1/2 cup of fruit. It gives you a big bowel of high fiber low carb, low fat, filling breakfast all for about 250 calories.
