It can: Biliary colic typically causes upper abdominal pain, which can radiate to back, nausea after eating, vomiting. Some attacks feel like chest pain. Not uncommon to get heart attack eval before getting gallbladder eval. Try a low fat diet, increase your hydration, get an ultrasound of your gallbladder when you visit with your doc. Be well.
