It : It would be best to see your doctor very soon. The feelings of pain could just be from the surgery, but it seems late for a surgical problem such as bile leakage. Sometimes the discomfort is adjustment from the surgery. I agree a possibility could be pneumonia. However, the fever of 101 is something that should be checked with a doctor.

Get evaluated: The fever at this point in your surgery recovering necessitates an evaluation. You can proceed to the er of your surgery facility or call your surgeon for directions. A cxr, blood draw, iv, and ct scan will get to the diagnosis. Don't delay.
