Need more info: It would be helpful to know how long ago your gall bladder surgery was and also if you have fever or chills. I notice you also have a history of pe? Your symptoms are worrisome as they could be consistent with another pe or with subdiaphragmatic abscess. I recommend you see a healthcare provider as soon as possible.
