Should i see a doctor? i have had cough, pain in right upper chest for the past 11 days. had diarrhea at beginning, but thought i was having gallbladder problems. i have cut down on eating and have drainage that tastes bad.

Yes: Best would be to see your doc, who is aware of your past medical history and can put together the right plan for you. Among others, pneumonia appears possible and as such has to be addressed timely.
