Discomfort in the epigastric /left hypochondric region for 5 mons last week pain increased to 3 on daily bases and now a sneeze or cough is a 10 with lasting pain of 5 xrays show no breaks ct show 6mm spot on l lung. gall bladder removed 10yrs ?

More info needed: and more work up, blood work, bone scan and other tests, may be needed, more important is thorough history and physical exam. I recommend going to a tertiary care hospital or a university hospital for better workup and easy referral amongst different services if needed, you can start with the pulmonary medicine, as the spot on your left lung is relevant, good luck
