There is not one: I am not aware of anything you can make it home that would be useful for emergency treatment of blood pressure problems.

Limited: These emergencies are usually not treated without doctors advice. But if there is a serious bee sting or peanut allergy that causes hypotension, people can be prescribed an Epipen (epinephrine) to keep at home.
