Referral: If there is hypoxia, o2 can be given, even with desaturation to exercise. Then refer to the expert or to a pah center as not all pulmonary hypertensions are because of the lung per se and the meds for pah may not be safe. Sometimes when meds are given appropriately, the forward flow of blood improves and improves bp.
