I used to have hypertension (140s/90s) and then dieted mediterranean/low sodium and get low blood pressure (95s/60s). i feel dizzy when i get up too fast. also have fatty liver. what should i do lifestyle-wise for this issue before my next doc visit?

Check with your Dr and consider the DASH diet. You can test in 2 weeks by doing Chap 9 EXACTLY. Get this book. DASH Diet for Hypertension ISBN 9780743410076. Best studied diet for HBP. Low BP is when you get dizzy when you stand up.Discuss with your Dr. Another option is to add back a bit of salt till BP up to less that 120 systolic and you are feeling normal.

A blood pressure of 95/60 associated with the symptoms warrants an evaluation, an increase in your sodium intake if stringently restricted, and a review of your medications to be sure that this is not in part caused by a side effect.
