Will difficulty in breathing cause hypertension or hypotension?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

None: Difficulty in breathing by itself will neither cause Hypertension or Hypotension There are different causes of difficulty in breathing and a person's blood pressure during those episodes may be high or low.But by itself difficulty in breathing does not cause Hyper or Hypotension
