Does gentamicin treat pink eye in 2 to 3 days?

No: Gentamycin is an antibiotic. Most pink eyes are adeno-viral and do not improve by antibiotics. If by chance you have a bacterial conjunctivitis that is sensitive to gentamycin then is will treat it in 48-72 hrs, but that is very rare.
