No. : Not even if it is injected there. Botox can cause minute bruises if a small blood vessel is inadvertently hit by the injecting needle, but these "bumps" go away as fast as your body absorbs the bruise! most lumps on the top of the head are pilar cysts.

No: When Botox is injected it might cause the area to raise up a little but this should fade away in a few minutes. If you are concern with an injected area, please call back to your injector's office for an evaluation. Hope this helps.
