If it has not: appeared yet, it is doubtful and you are correct that heat/warmth in the exact area can cause the Botox to diffuse into surrounding tissues: if you do not have any eye droop now, it is doubtful. Lesson learned.

Unlikely: I did a specific Google scholar search, but could not find specific article on this topic. However, Botulism spores are destroyed at temperatures of 85 degrees centigrade. The temperature for a typical fascial hot wax is between 55 and 65 centigrade. This should not be an issue. However, a call to your dermatologist or provider who did the procedure may clarify. Congratulations !
