Possibly: This depends on whether you had facial injections. You DO need ongoing antibiotics and you SHOULD call whomever injected the Botox.

Possibly: Botox injection in general can cause an allergic reaction which could present as swelling and redness. Allergic reacions are usually itchy. The Botox injection itself, if not performed sterilely, can be a cause of infection and lead to a staph or other skin infection. Consulting with the doctor who gave the Botox injection would be worthwhile.

Cellulitis: Unlikely, but anything is possible. Hopefully the area injected was cleaned with an alcohol pad first, In the meantime, continue with your antibiotic therapy.
