Botox granuloma?: It is possible that you may have developed a granuloma or reaction to the Botox injection. Please go back to your injector and see what he/she says. You may benefit from a steroid injection, if an inflammatory reaction has occurred.

Botox injxn location: Difficult to know how to treat this issue without knowing your skin type, Botox injection locations and without assessing the lumps themselves. Have a facial aesthetics specialist (facial plastic surgeon, dermatologist) or oculo plastics specialist evaluation and discuss treatment options with you
