Hello. No disrespect to the non-ENT trained plastic surgeons out there but if the problem is more breathing and you wish your nose to look different, then my suggestion would be to see an ENT/Facial Plastic Surgeon. If you breathe ok, then it’s ok for any plastic surgeon but ask whoever you choose to make sure they are experienced and can assure your normal breathing will be maintained.
