Yes.: http://www.facialplastics.info/rhinoplasty.html it's very common for a person to undergo a rhinoplasty in conjunction with turbinate reduction or septoplasty surgery. There is no added risk of performing the surgeries together, though recovery time may be extended slightly before a patient can see and feel optimal results.
