Not really: There's some protein and plenty of other stuff. You'll build mass by serious resistance training plus getting adequate protein in whatever form (1 gm quality / complete protein per pound of body weight, with 20 gm after a good workout). Creatine will help; everyone i know who has tried Anabolic steroids has gotten results but been sorry.

No: Strength training is the only proven way to increase muscle mass and strength that is legal. Creatine may help but only if combined with strength training.
