A member asked:

Are there any pills or shakes to add muscle support to keep bones in place?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: One should strive for a balanced diet that includes all the general nutrients for good health. Also, one should do exercise often, and to a sensible degree (not too little, not too much). There is no magic pill to increase muscle... but if a person has cachexia due to certain chronic disorders, or has loose joints due to genetic issues, his primary care and physical medicine doctors can help.
