A member asked:

Does 45% hida scan mean my gallbladder is getting sick?

No.: There are typically 2 ways to use the results of a hida scan. If the gallbladder doesn't appear, then that is consistent with disease (called cholecystitis). If the functioning of the gallbladder is poor with a ejection fraction less than 30%, it is called dyskinesia and may be a cause for problems.
