Not necessarily: Some but not all people have pain during their hida scan during injection of cck, the drug that simulates food in the duodenum that stimulates the gallbladder to contract. If your gallbladder ejection fraction is low or very high then it can also indicate gallbladder problems that can be cured with surgery.Dyskinesia.

Not necessarily: A diagnosis requires assessment of both the images, and the symptoms. It is possible to have no pain and still have a diseased gallbladder.
