Nasal splints: When used, they usually are removed within a week of your surgery as they can be uncomfortable. Ask your surgeon about his/her protocol as it can differ but you don't want to let them forget about it.

5 days: There is no right answer. I typically pull the internal splints between 3-5 days depending what day of the week the case was done. The splint on the top of the nose is worn for 2 weeks.
