You might: Consider trying using an emollient with a oil base, like vaseline on the inside of your nose, or review with your ENT about possible use of an antibiotic ointment if there is a suggestion of vestibulitis. You should also consider regular saline nasal irrigation - as long as it's OK by your ENT post-surgically. And review with your ENT about humidifcation of your not only your home but CPAP.

Humidify: Most CPAP machines are able to provide optional humidified air. You can also use nasal saline spray. Make sure you drink adequate fluids.
