Post of check: Please tell your oral surgeon any and all problems you are having. Be frank and honest. This is the only way for the surgeon to answer your questions to your satisfaction. The worst thing you can do it say everything is 'fine' or ok.

Yes: Let your surgeon know. It may or may not be related to the extraction(s), but if the surgeon does not know of your concern, s/he cannot address it. Feel better soon.

Absolutely: The oral surgeon will then determine if it is related to the surgery, is something else that he\she needs to address or if he\she will refer you back to your general dentist.

Absolutely: Explain everything you are noticing to make the most of your visit. It is possible your pain is the result of treatment or it could be another issue altogether. Full disclosure is the best policy.
