Extractions: You would be in good hands with an oral surgeon dong your extractions. While this kind of procedure can be done without sedation most people would find it easier to be sedated. The oral surgeon will be able to answer all of your questions once he evaluates your teeth and health.

If: The amount of pathology you report makes me concerned that these are not the only areas of infection that have been ignored. You need to be evaluated and treatment planned by a competent General Dentist who, in all probability, will arrange for you to have all necessary extractions accomplished by an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, probably under sedation, as the first step in a comprehensive plan.
