Could be: It is possibly a uti, however other conditions such as a kidney stone or other causes of urinary tract bleeding could also account for your symptoms. Discuss these symptoms with your doctor to review and treat accordingly.

Atypical for UTI: Your pain seems to localize every except for the bladder. For this reason, I am going to suppose that this is not related to a uti. It could be bowel related. Nonetheless, based on the discoloration of your urine and your abdominal pain, a urine test is indicated. Talk to your ob/gyn!
