There is no evidence you have kidney disease, but because of your back/flank pain you should have a CT scan or renal ultrasound.

If you had a urinalysis with a microscopic exam of the sediment which was normal and a negative clean catch urine culture, kidney pathology is an unlikely.cause if your symptoms. Pain and tenderness in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen under the rib cage is suspicious of gall bladder inflammation or gall stones. A right upper quadrant ultrasound is indicated if that symptoms persists.
