See answer: Sorry about the death in your family. Given your symptoms and history, would recommend you have urinalysis and culture done to make sure you do not have a uti. If urine test shows no uti, one possibility is interstitial cystitis: bladder inflammation that causes bladder/pelvic pain, urinary frequency and often brought on by stress. Dark urine implies blood or dehydration. Drink more water.
