Resistant organisms: Most likely u got UTI from some bacteria that is resistant to Macrobid. Did you do urine cs prior to starting Macrobid? See your MD ASAP because it sounds like urine infection is going up to your kidneys and if that is the case, it should be dealt with ---- without further delay--- as it can cause permanent scarring in the kidney.
