Protein & weights: Eat lean protein (palm-sized portion) with complex carb every 3 hr. 80-100oz water/day. Exercise: stamina daily (aerobics), weights vary muscle groups (upper body alternate days from lower body). Use low weights/high reps for long&lean; use high weight/low #reps for bulky/"body builder" muscles.
