I am an athlete and i am overweight but i workout all the time and can't seem to loose weight. i dont look overweight, am i just all muscle?

BMI Misleading: If by overweight you are referring to increased BMI or body mass index then you can take comfort in the fact that these measurements don't correlate well with people who have a lot of muscle mass. If you eat right and regularly exercise its likely that you are at a healthy weight. Talk to your doctor if you have more detailed questions and about what a healthy weight is for your body type.

Body fat %: is a better measure of weight appropriateness in athletes. Your coach or athletic trainer can measure your body fat with calipers. You can do it yourself with a tape measure and an App for your smartphone. Measure neck, waist and hips and put it into App with weight, height and it will calculate total body fat. Avg for F is
