Yes,as long: As u 'take in' less calories than u expend u will lose weight.The key here is to exersise aerobically and diet at the same time.If u run 5 days a week but increase the amount of calories by eating more u are unlikely to lose weight.A good dietician/nutritionist can help you.Best of luck!
