Weight & muscle: The safest and most effective way to loose weight and develop muscle is to see your doctor and then a nutritionist and trainer at a gym. In general, higher protein intake can be helpful and exercise, even brisk walking. The number on the scale may not change much if muscle tissue develops and please keep your health as the main goal.
