Abscess front tooth: An abscess front tooth is an dangerous thing. The infection usually goes north to the eyes and brain. A perforation of an abscess does not mean it is better. The toxins are still there. Go immediately to the er/urgent care/ primary care now. This is serious. The draining abscess can/will close and the toxic poisons will build up again. Go now.

Abcess probable: Sounds like you have an abscessed tooth with a fistula that allows the infection drain. Whenever the infection builds up (pus and gas) it will drain out the fistula and relieve the pressure like a safety valve. Therefore it will relieve some of the pain. You will need antibiotics. Call your dentist, he can prescribe you meds. A root canal can easily save your tooth once the infection is contained.
