Abscess can seed: other areas but you may also be experiencing panic attacks. Please have this medically evaluated by a dentist ASAP. If you can't see a dentist an ER / Urgent care may be able to provide temporizing antibiotics. Fever? Weakness? Fatigue? Dentist is still essential. Take care.
