Two comments. 1) Ask your treating Dentist or Oral Surgeon to discuss your medical history with your cardiologist to see if there are any contraindications to your treatment/anasthesia. 2) Perhaps having your extractions done by a specialistOral Surgeon wold be in order if there are any concerns.
