37yo f i have irresponsible sinus tachycardia my resting heart rate is over 100 and goes up to 170, is it safe for me to have wisdom teeth extracted? also why are there so many dentists that refuse to treat me?

I do not understand the term irresponsible sinus tachycardia. You should get a cardiac clearance by a cardiologist if dentists refuse to treat you. Good luck.

There are risks imposed by your tachycardia. I assume that you're under the care of a specialist Cardiologist. With your history you should be seeing a specialist Oral Surgeon for extractions of any sort. The Oral Surgeon should communicate with your Cardiologist, and vice-versa. It may be prudent to do the procedure in a hospital setting.
