I have had 2 ct scans in the past week and a half, they diagnosed me as mild mediastinal bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy. could it be lymphoma.

Hilar adenopathy: Bilateral hilar lymph node enlargement can be caused by: sarcoidosis infection tuberculosis mycoplasma malignancy lymphoma : more common on hodgkin lymphoma than non-hodgkin lymphoma. Carcinoma - inorganic dust disease silicosis berylliosis ask your doctor for more information as it applies to your case.

Was one without: And the other with contrast. Lymphoma is in the differential diagnosis, both hodgkin and nhl, but sarcoid is one benign thing...Only a biopsy makes the diagnosis.
