Probably not: The findings you describe are not uncommon, and are non-specific. Some radiologists will use the term mesenteric panniculitis or lymphadenitis (inflammation of the mesenteric fat or lymph nodes) to give it a diagnosis. Early work on this finding associated it with abdominal lymphoma, but that didn't hold up over time. I would need to see the actual images to point to one diagnosis vs. another.
