Not necessarily: There are many reasons for enlarged lymph nodes; most common is reaction to infection/inflammation which maybe your case but they can also enlarge in reaction to cancer nearby and in cases of lymphoma. These possibilities shluld be sorted out after colonoscopy and biopsy of any colon lesions

Less likely: More likely to be either infectious or immune. Bloody stools for longer than 2 weeks usually indicates infection is less likely. Other than C diff, there are few infections that last a month. If be more worried about ulcerative colitis.
