Could pancreatitis cause chest pain as well as back pain? My previous question said I had upper back pain worsening with alcohol use.
Blood test showed lipase levels slightly elevated. All else normal. What could cause the elevated result? Was told its not enough to indicate pancreatitis. Had blood in stool a month ago and ongoing left and right side abdominal/chest/back pain?

I was diagnosed with pancreatitis tues. The past hr or so Ive been having a sharp burning chest pain. Could they be related. My last lipase was at 932?
I had acute pancreatitis in 2011,the pain never got better.Now I've got high blood sugar, chest pain, rest hr 120-140, low albumin and so fatigued.
