Is there such a thing as lung pancreatitis?

No: The only linke between abdominal descriptions and the lungs is hepatization. This is very lung tissue is so full of fluid/pus that it appears to look like liver tissue on scan/ct. Pancreatitis is an abdominal process that describes an inflammed pancreas - it does not affect the lungs directly.
