Chronic pancreatitis: You may have chronic pancreatitis with pancreatic insufficiency and poor absorption. Consultation with a gastroenterologist can investigate this further.

Blood test showed lipase levels slightly elevated. All else normal. What could cause the elevated result? Was told its not enough to indicate pancreatitis. Had blood in stool a month ago and ongoing left and right side abdominal/chest/back pain?
Extremely fatigue ran blood test all in normal range except total protein 8.7, globulin slightly high, albumin boarder lined, is that why i'm tired?
