Possibly : Although gallstone problems and r kidney problem/ infection are more typical in that area. Either way needs urgent doctors assessment to exclude potentially serious conditions and will need an examination and or tests possibly to sort it out. All the best

Needs evaluation : You could have pancreatitis;however, this could also be due to gallstones and inflammation of the gallbladder which requires surgery. This also can be a sign of a heart attack in a female of your age. Please see a doctor or go to the closest ER.
