Is burping a lot right after eating a symptom of pancreatitis? also have mild burning sensation in upper abdomen/chest after eating. no nausea.

Pancreatitis: Not likely pancreatitis. Severe back pain generalized to severe abdominal pain. More likely gastritis and reflux. I do not recommend otc products other than occasional antacid use because they can mask much more serious problems.
