Timing Cardio: Every body is different i found in when to do cardio. I am best in the am physically, although it takes me much long to warm up. Others are much better in the late afternoon/early evening, but it tends to interfere with my sleep. Intense cardio should be done at 36 hours rest intervals, making a suggested schedule of mon am then tues pm then thurs am then friday pm work well. Dr rich blake.
