Seek advice from...: Choose an exercise program that fits your needs.It is important to know your capabilities and limitations, these may need to be adjusted as changes occur in ms symptoms.I recommend seeing an experienced physical therapist that knows the unique/varied symptoms of ms.This helps in designing, supervising and revising a well-balanced exercise program.See your doctor before starting these new exercises.

Aerobic exercise: We know that aerobics can suppress the immune system, but not a problem to increase strength gradually as tolerated. However, overheating can cause a transient pseudo relapse, so you will have to pace yourself, but exercise is indeed a cornerstone of successful stabilization.
