Realize there is: No definitive data about the best time of the day to exercise. More data suggest that the time of exercise may affect how you feel while exercising. In reality, the best time of day to exercise is the time that allows you to fit exercise into your regular routine. Consistency is the key to exercise, don't get too bogged down by some of the "nitty gritty".
