Sure: A trial of hormones may help symptoms but you have to see a gynecologist to evaluate if you can take hormones and if anything else's is giving you true menopause symptoms.

Probably: Hormonal replacement early in menopause can help with your symptoms. Talk to your doctor about what would be your best choices.
