Very low chance: At the age of 52 you have almost a zero percent chance of pregnancy. If they did a sonogram and saw "eggs" as you say, it was more likely small simple cysts that do not contain eggs. In a 20 year old woman, for example, you can see follicles (which contain an egg) by sonogram. The egg itself is microscopic and therefore cannot be seen by sonogram.
